Gainalink LLC aims to provide transparent and flexible refund policies to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which refunds may be granted and the conditions that apply.

1. First Month Performance Guarantee

We offer a Performance Guarantee for the first month of service. This guarantees that clients will see a minimum 50% increase in revenue or conversions for their ad campaigns, subject to terms such as:

  • The client’s ad spend.
  • The nature of the business.
  • Agreement on measurable outcomes, which are determined during the initial consultation.
Eligibility for First Month Refund

To qualify for the first-month refund, you must:

  • Have fully cooperated with Gainalink LLC during the setup, management, and execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure that the ad spend recommended during the consultation is met.
  • Follow all recommendations regarding business adjustments that could impact campaign performance.

If the agreed results are not met and you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund of the service fees for the first month. Note that refunds will not cover ad spend paid to third-party platforms such as Google or Facebook.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Ad Spend: Funds paid directly to third-party platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads are not covered by this policy.
  • Consultation Fees: If a fee is charged for additional consultations outside of the first free consultation, those fees are non-refundable.
  • Service Fees After First Month: Once the first month has passed, subsequent monthly fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel services mid-month.

3. Service Cancellation

Clients can cancel their services at any time by providing written notice via email or through our customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • We will immediately stop managing, monitoring, and optimizing your ad campaigns.
  • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
  • All prior monthly fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this Refund Policy.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your account information and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Include any documentation that supports your refund claim, such as performance reports and campaign data.
  3. We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of our decision.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
